Use of the apps

You may use Buckley Apps products for lawful personal purposes and in accordance with applicable app store rules. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for complying with laws that apply to you.

Adults only

BudRelief Tracker is intended for adults who are legally permitted to use the medications or cannabis products they record. Do not use the app if you are not legally permitted to do so in your location.

No medical, legal, or emergency advice

BudRelief Tracker is a tracking and record-keeping tool only. It does not provide medical advice, dosing advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, legal advice, emergency support, or professional services. Always follow guidance from qualified clinicians, pharmacists, prescriptions, product instructions, and applicable law. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Your responsibility for data

You are responsible for the records you enter, the choices you make based on those records, and the backup files you export or import. Importing a backup can replace existing local data. Keep independent records where loss of app data would create risk.

Availability and changes

Buckley Apps may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Apps may depend on device operating systems, app store availability, device permissions, and third-party services.

Intellectual property

The apps, branding, design, software, and support content are owned by Buckley Apps or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the apps except where law expressly allows it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the apps or support channels to break the law, infringe rights, interfere with security, submit malicious content, misuse analytics or support systems, or attempt unauthorised access to any service.

Disclaimers

The apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buckley Apps disclaims warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buckley Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, health decisions, legal consequences, or reliance on app records. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

App store terms

Your use of apps downloaded from Apple App Store or another store may also be governed by that store's terms. If there is a conflict, store terms apply where required by the store.
