Overview

Track medication

Save medication names, brands, forms, strain types, THC/CBD values, quantities, photos, expiry dates, and notes.

Record consumption

Log consumed amounts, review history, restock inventory, and monitor daily or monthly gram, THC, and CBD limits.

Create appointments and recurring reminders, including medication reminders that can open directly into a consumption flow.

How to guides

Using BudRelief Tracker

Get started

  1. Open the app and choose whether to log in or continue as a guest.
  2. Set your nickname, appearance preference, language, and optional profile photo.
  3. Add your daily or monthly limits for grams, THC, and CBD if you want the app to compare your records against them.

Add medication

  1. Open My Medication and choose Add Medication.
  2. Enter the medication name, brand, form, quantity, strain type, cannabinoid values, expiry date, notes, and optional photo.
  3. Save the item to add it to your medication library.

Record consumption

  1. Use Add Consumption from the overview or choose Consume on a medication.
  2. Enter the amount consumed and save the record.
  3. Review your weekly usage, THC/CBD totals, and medication history from the overview and medication screens.

Create appointments and reminders

  1. Open My Appointments / Reminders and choose Add New.
  2. Select appointment or reminder, then enter the title, location, notes, date, lead time, and recurrence details.
  3. For medication reminders, link a medication so the notification can take you directly to the consumption screen.

Back up and restore data

  1. Open My Account and use Export Backup to create a backup file.
  2. Store the exported backup somewhere you control.
  3. Use Import Backup only when you are ready to replace the current local profile, records, settings, and images with the backup contents.

Clear local account data

  1. Open My Account and choose Delete My Account.
  2. Confirm the deletion prompt.
  3. The app clears local profile settings, medication, consumption history, appointments, reminders, language, appearance, and session state from that device.

FAQs

Common questions

Does BudRelief Tracker tell me how much medication to take?

No. The app is only for recording your own information. Always follow the advice of your clinician, pharmacist, prescription, or other qualified professional.

Where is my app data stored?

The app stores profile preferences, medication records, history, appointments, reminders, limits, and images locally on your device. If you export a backup, that backup file is controlled by you wherever you save or share it.

Does the app collect analytics?

Yes. BudRelief Tracker uses Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage and improve the product. Analytics events are designed for product behaviour, not clinical decision making.

Can I use the app without an account?

Yes. The app includes a guest mode. Local data remains on the device unless you export, import, delete it, or device settings and backups affect it.

How do I request support or data deletion help?

Email [email protected]. Include the app name, your device type, iOS version, app version if known, and a short description of the issue.

Is BudRelief Tracker for children?

No. The app is intended for adults who are legally permitted to use the medications or cannabis products they record.
