Information you enter into BudRelief Tracker

BudRelief Tracker lets you enter and manage personal app content, including nickname, profile preferences, medication details, medication photos, strain or form information, THC/CBD values, quantity, expiry dates, notes, consumption history, appointments, reminders, notification settings, language, appearance, and daily or monthly limits.

Local storage and backups

BudRelief Tracker stores app records locally on your device. If you export a backup, the app creates a backup file containing your profile, settings, appointments, reminders, medication, history, and saved images. You control where that file is saved or shared. Importing a backup replaces the current local app data with the backup contents.

Photos and device permissions

The app may ask for access to your camera or photo library when you choose to add a profile photo or medication photo. These permissions are used for the feature you select. You can manage app permissions through iOS settings.

Notifications

The app can schedule local notifications for appointments, reminders, medication reminders, low medication levels, and medication expiration alerts. Notification permissions are controlled by iOS. You can change notification settings in the app or device settings.

Analytics

BudRelief Tracker uses Firebase Analytics to help understand app usage and improve the product. Analytics may include events such as screens viewed, onboarding progress, backup import, navigation, medication actions, appointment actions, and reminder settings updates. Analytics is not used to provide medical, dosing, diagnosis, legal, or emergency advice.

Support communications

If you email support, Buckley Apps will receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, screenshots, device details, app version, and description of the issue. Support messages are used to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, and maintain app quality.

Legal basis for UK and EU users

Where UK GDPR or GDPR applies, Buckley Apps relies on legitimate interests to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the apps; consent where required for optional permissions or analytics controls; and legal obligations where a request or law requires a response.

Sharing information

Buckley Apps does not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate support, analytics, app distribution, hosting, or communications. Information may also be disclosed if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Retention

Local app records remain on your device until you delete them, clear local account data, uninstall the app, restore or replace device data, or import a backup. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed for support, record keeping, security, and legal purposes.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive a copy of personal information. To make a request, email [email protected]. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children and age limits

BudRelief Tracker is intended for adults who are legally permitted to use the medication or cannabis products they record. It is not intended for children.

Changes to this policy

Buckley Apps may update this Privacy Policy when apps, laws, or support processes change. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
